Giá tour đã bao gồm:

  • Vé phương tiện di chuyển khứ hồi (máy bay, tàu, xe…) tùy theo chương trình tour
  • Thuế, phí sân bay hoặc các phụ phí vận chuyển theo quy định
  • Phí an ninh du lịch và phụ thu nhiên liệu (nếu có)
  • Lưu trú tiêu chuẩn theo chương trình (phòng đôi/phòng hai người). Trường hợp ở phòng đơn sẽ áp dụng phụ thu theo quy định
  • Xe đưa đón, di chuyển suốt hành trình
  • Hướng dẫn viên địa phương và/hoặc trưởng đoàn đi cùng đoàn (tùy hành trình)
  • Các bữa ăn theo lịch trình tour
  • Vé tham quan theo chương trình
  • Bảo hiểm du lịch suốt tuyến
  • Quà tặng du lịch (tùy chương trình)

Giá tour không bao gồm: 

  • Các chi phí cá nhân ngoài chương trình: nước uống, bia rượu trong bữa ăn, điện thoại, giặt ủi, chi phí hành lý quá cước theo quy định của đơn vị vận chuyển...
  • Phí bồi dưỡng (tip) cho hướng dẫn viên, tài xế hoặc nhân sự phục vụ trong suốt chuyến đi (áp dụng theo quy định từng tour)
  • Phí phục vụ hoặc tiền tip trên các dịch vụ đặc thù như du thuyền, resort... (nếu có)
  • Các khoản chi phí khác không được liệt kê trong mục “Giá tour bao gồm”

Mỗi phòng đều được trang bị nội thất sang trọng cùng đầy đủ tiện ích giúp bạn tận hưởng kỳ nghỉ thoải mái & tiện nghi nhất.

Những lưu ý khi tham gia tour

  • Thứ tự các điểm tham quan và hành trình tour có thể được điều chỉnh linh hoạt tùy theo điều kiện thực tế để đảm bảo trải nghiệm tốt nhất cho du khách.
  • Trường hợp yêu cầu ở phòng đơn, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán phụ thu theo quy định.
  • Quý khách là người nước ngoài hoặc Việt kiều sử dụng visa rời cần mang theo visa trong suốt thời gian tham gia tour.
  • Quý khách mang 2 quốc tịch hoặc sử dụng Travel Document (chưa nhập quốc tịch), vui lòng thông báo ngay với nhân viên tư vấn khi đăng ký tour và cung cấp đầy đủ giấy tờ liên quan (bản gốc kèm giấy tờ bổ sung nếu có).
  • Trường hợp quý khách chỉ có thẻ xanh (thẻ tạm trú nước ngoài) và không còn hộ chiếu Việt Nam còn hiệu lực, sẽ không thể tham gia tour đến quốc gia thứ ba.
  • Trẻ em dưới 18 tuổi cần có bố mẹ hoặc người thân trên 18 tuổi đi cùng. Nếu đi cùng người thân không phải bố mẹ, cần có giấy ủy quyền được xác nhận bởi cơ quan địa phương.
  • Khách hàng nữ từ 55 tuổi trở lên và nam từ 60 tuổi trở lên nên có người thân dưới 55 tuổi, có đủ sức khỏe đi cùng.
  • Khách từ 70 tuổi trở lên bắt buộc phải có người thân dưới 55 tuổi đi cùng và có thể cần mua thêm gói bảo hiểm mở rộng. Không nhận khách từ 80 tuổi trở lên vì lý do an toàn.
  • Quý khách đang mang thai vui lòng thông báo trước với nhân viên tư vấn khi đăng ký tour. Khuyến khích có xác nhận đủ điều kiện sức khỏe từ bác sĩ và cam kết tự chịu trách nhiệm trong suốt hành trình.
  • Công ty không chịu trách nhiệm trong trường hợp quý khách bị từ chối nhập cảnh bởi cơ quan di trú nước sở tại.
